Yeh terms & conditions aap (customer) aur Shri Rewa Flex Printing ke beech me ek samajhota (agreement) hai. Hamare services ka use karne ka matlab hai ki aap in sharton se sehmat hain.

1. 🖨️ Printing & Design Services

• Sabhi flex printing aur design ka kaam aapki final approval ke baad hi kiya jata hai.

• Final design me kisi bhi galti (spelling, photo, text) ki zimmedari approval ke baad customer ki hogi.

• Printing ke baad design ya content me badlav sambhav nahi hoga.

2. 💰 Payment Policy

• Kaam shuru hone se pehle advance payment lena zaruri hai.

• Full payment printing complete hone par ya delivery se pehle karni hoti hai.

• Payment cash, UPI ya bank transfer ke through liya jata hai.

3. ⏳ Delivery & Time

• Normal order 1–2 din me complete kiya jata hai (design ke anusar).

• Urgent order ke liye alag charge lag sakta hai.

• Delay agar kisi technical ya natural wajah se ho, to hum turant aapko inform karenge.

4. 🧾 Cancellation & Refund

• Design approve hone ke baad order cancel nahi kiya ja sakta.

• Printing hone ke baad payment refundable nahi hoga.

• Galti agar hamari taraf se hoti hai to replacement ya solution diya jayega.

5. 🔐 Copyright & Usage

• Shri Rewa Flex Printing ke designs ko bina permission ke copy ya use nahi kiya ja sakta.

• Customer ka diya gaya material (image/text) ka adhikar customer ka hi rahega.

6. 📩 Communication

• Order status, design approval aur delivery ka update mobile/WhatsApp/email ke through diya jata hai.

• Customer sahi contact information dene ke liye zimmedar hoga.
